Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are Looking for Ambitious and Results-Driven Business Development Executives to Join our Dynamic Team in Dubai. The Ideal Candidates will Play a Key Role in Driving new Business Opportunities, Building Client Relationships and Contributing to the Company’s Growth Objectives. This Role is Perfect for Professionals with 1–3 years of Experience in Sales or Business Development who are Eager to Thrive in a Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Develop new Business Opportunities through Networking, Prospecting and Market Research
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships with Clients to Understand their needs and Propose tailored Solutions
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets by Promoting Company Products and Services Effectively
  • Conduct Meetings, Presentations and Negotiations with Potential Clients
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams (marketing, operations, and delivery) to Ensure Seamless Client Onboarding and Service Delivery
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends, Competitors and Market Dynamics to Refine Business Development Strategies

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Proven Experience in Business Development, Sales or Client Acquisition
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Build Rapport and Long-term Relationships with Clients
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset with a Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Targets
  • Highly Adaptable, Proactive and Eager to take on New Challenges
  • Fluency in English is Required; Knowledge of Arabic is an Advantage
  • UAE Market Experience Preferred
