Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring successful deal closures. This role demands excellent communication skills, negotiation ability, and a proactive approach to achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable services/solutions.
  • Prepare and present professional quotations, proposals, and agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects after closure.
  • Maintain and update client databases, sales reports, and follow-up schedules.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner to strengthen brand presence.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prepare quotations and handle client correspondence professionally.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
