Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 2 year of experience in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets through field-based and in-person client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and generate new business leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and networking.

· Visit potential customers to present and demonstrate products/services.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

· Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.

· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

· Keep up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management ,Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 2 year of experience in direct or field sales (experience in IT Sales is a plus)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools.

Willingness to travel across Kerala for client meetings
