Job Specifications:

Experience: 1-3 yr in( B2B)

Location: Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Being the deal owner for all your new deals in the funnel
  • Responsible for the sales numbers from the India region
  • Closing deals, lead development
  • Setting up new sales approaches and continuously providing feedback from prospects to the marketing and product teams
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline to the leadership team.
  • Generate leads/ prospects via different channels (Cold Calls, Email Marketing and campaigns, social reach out via LinkedIn etc.) for the various services offered by Wavity.
  • Responsible for nurturing new prospects, identifying business opportunities, connecting prospects for a call / meeting with the onsite sales team.
  • Mainly responsible for generating leads for PAN India.
  • Exploring and monitoring market trends in services provided by Wavity.
  • Analyze current market standards, approach, and competitor practices to decide the strategy for future business growth.
  • Maintain the daily sales activity as per the daily / monthly / quarterly business plan in a designated CRM.
  • Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills/ Email drafting skills.
  • Align with internal teams (Inside Sales, Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers.
  • Analyse and identify how we can eliminate our clients- engagement and retention challenges
  • Evaluate key trends in the marketing eco-system and identify emerging trends to shape the future of product
  • Pro-actively track competitor movements in the market

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
