About the Role:-

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The role involves fieldwork, client acquisition, and relationship building to drive growth in the life insurance segment.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Identify and approach potential customers to generate leads.
  • Explain life insurance products and solutions based on client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitors.

Requirements:-

  • MBA (Freshers can apply) OR Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in sales/fieldwork (preferably BFSI sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to do fieldwork.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wazirabad, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
