Business Development Executive (BDE)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record in sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current contacts.
  • Generate leads, set up meetings, and present business proposals to potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
