Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets to support the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect Listing & Lead Generation:
  • Research and create targeted prospect lists based on company’s niche and requirements.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients using CRM tools.
  • Cold Approach & Outreach:
  • Initiate cold calls, emails, and messages to prospective clients.
  • Engage with prospects on social media platforms like LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc.
  • Digital Marketing Support:
  • Assist in campaigns to generate leads through online marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outreach strategies.
  • Sales & Closing:
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demos for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Target Achievement & Reporting:
  • Meet or exceed sales and lead generation targets.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager/Head of Business Development.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Performance Metrics:

  • Number of prospects listed and contacted per month.
  • Leads generated and converted into clients.
  • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

  • Hindi (Preferred)
