Work Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape within the regional geotechnical sector.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets.
- Generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business by targeting key clients, including civil engineering firms, government agencies, construction companies, and private developers.
- Schedule and conduct in-person client meetings and site visits.
- Deliver compelling presentations and detailed briefings about our company's capabilities, services, and NABL accreditation.
- Effectively communicate the value of our technical services, including geotechnical investigations, construction material testing, and structural audits, to a non-technical audience.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing technical guidance and solutions.
Proposal & Contract Manage
- Proposal & Contract Management
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to prepare compelling proposals, bids, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Sales & Reporting
- Actively manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to senior management.
- Networking & Technical Knowledge
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, to promote services and expand the professional network.
- Use your technical expertise to understand client needs and effectively communicate the value of the company's geotechnical services.
- Stay up-to-date on the technical aspects of our services and relevant industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar marketing role, preferably within the geotechnical, construction, engineering or infrastructure industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or any graduate with related technical field is preferred.
- A strong understanding of technical terms related to construction, civil engineering, and material testing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and a proven ability to close deals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client visits and fieldwork.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
