Position: Business Development Executive

About the Role:
XelentorTechnologies is looking for a highly motivated, go-getter Business Development Executive who can identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships in a fast-paced digital technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive outbound lead generation through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
Conduct market research to identify new channels, sectors, and growth areas.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
Collaborate with internal technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain detailed records of outreach, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Represent the company professionally during client calls, meetings, and presentations.
Requirements:
1–3 years of proven experience in outbound sales / business development, preferably in IT or Digital Service industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient with a passion for achieving targets.
Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
Experience in using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
