Job Summary

The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing mid-sized client accounts, and supporting the BDM in closing high-value deals. This role involves active lead generation, client engagement, proposal preparation, and maintaining a strong pipeline to achieve revenue targets.

Candidates must be charismatic, persuasive, professional, and possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and CRM software to manage client data and reports efficiently. A valid Saudi driving license is required for client visits within Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door prospecting, cold calls, and other lead generation activities.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage client interactions and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
  • Support BDM in closing major deals and high-value contracts.
  • Maintain a pipeline of 20–30 active prospects and follow up regularly.
  • Contribute to market research and provide feedback on competitor activity and client needs.

Requirements

  • Any nationality; Fluent in English.
  • MUST Have Minimum 2–3 years of sales or business development experience in recruitment, manpower or outsourcing, industries.
  • Charismatic, persuasive, and professional personality.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
  • Strong negotiation, client relationship, and closing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve monthly KPI targets.
  • Familiarity with Riyadh’s commercial and business districts is preferred.

Compensation

  • Salary: SAR 4,000 – 7,000 per month (fixed)
  • Incentives: SAR 100 per candidate (paid after mobilization)

KPI / Performance Metrics

  • Sign 3–5 mid-size clients per month (e.g., restaurants, hotels, F&B, FMCG chains).
  • Maintain a pipeline of 20–30 active prospects at all times.
  • Ensure CRM is updated accurately for all leads and proposals.
  • Support BDM in achieving overall team revenue goals.

Experience:
