Role Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing sponsorships, partnerships, and participant deals for Beast Drive. This role blends sales, marketing, and event networking — ideal for individuals passionate about automobiles, travel, and adventure events.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential sponsors, corporate clients, and brand partners across South India.
- Pitch sponsorship packages, brand collaborations, and partnership opportunities.
- Meet event participation targets by driving registrations through campaigns and leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring continued engagement and renewal.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional tie-ups, digital campaigns, and branding visibility.
- Attend events, exhibitions, and meet-ups to network and represent Beast Drive.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for sponsors and partners.
- Track leads, manage CRM data, and report daily/weekly progress to the Sales Manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, event sponsorship, or B2B sales (automobile, media, or sports industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + regional language).
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment.
- Willingness to travel across South Indian cities.

Pay: ₹17,057.81 - ₹64,316.34 per month
