Business Development Executive / Academic Counselor

Role Details:
This is a full-time, work-from-office role requiring standard 9 hours of work (10:30 AM 7:30 PM). Sunday can be a working day, with one weekday as a weekly off. This is a sales-driven profile focused on achieving admission targets.

Job Description:
The role involves converting leads into admissions through effective communication and counselling over the call. The candidate will be responsible for student counselling, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions through regular interaction.
  • Counsel students and parents to guide them on suitable courses and programs.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects to achieve monthly targets.
  • Update and manage lead data in the system efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve conversion ratios and overall performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
