Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive – Bidding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and securing projects on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and other portals. Candidate should have hands on experience in online biddings platforms along with good understanding of Linkedin and Email Marketing for lead generation

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant projects/tenders on bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
• Generate leads through Linkedin and Email Marketing campaigns.
• Write and submit high-quality, tailored proposals to prospective clients.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand project requirements
• Manage and update profiles on bidding platforms for better visibility.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication for ongoing deals
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to gather accurate project estimates and timelines.
• Keep track of bids, responses, project pipeline, and conversion rate.
• Meet monthly and quarterly bidding and closure targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
• 6 months to 01 year of experience in online bidding or freelance platforms (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong understanding of sales processes and online lead generation
• Ability to analyze client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
• Familiarity with IT services such as web/app development.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
