Business Development Executive (BDE)

Urgent opening for the post of Business Development Executive (Online Bidiing)- Permanent WFH.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Upwork/Freelancer Bidder who can generate new business opportunities from online freelance market places. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, bidding expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Job Description:

Create and manage profiles on Upwork and Freelancer.

Search, identify and bid on IT/Digital Marketing projects.

Write customized and persuasive proposals to attract clients.

Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and close deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects as per commitments.

Track bidding activity, generate regular reports, and meet set targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience in bidding and getting projects from Upwork/Freelancer.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: Remote
