Job Summary:

We are hiring Business Development Executives (BDEs) . The role involves revisiting merchants and shops to ensure active engagement and usage of UPI QR services. Candidates with experience in Fintech/BFSI/Telecom/Retail or field sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Visit assigned merchants and shops daily for UPI QR revisit activities.

· Work on assigned leads—no cold calling or lead generation required.

· Ensure merchant activation and retention by explaining the benefits of Google Pay.

· Complete a minimum of 15 valid tasks per day (merchant revisits).

· Maintain proper documentation and update visit details in the system/app provided.

· Build and maintain a positive relationship with merchants for sustained engagement.

· Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Fintech, Payments, or Field Sales.

· Bike & Smartphone: Mandatory (with a valid driving license).

Compensation & Benefits:

· Salary: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month

· Daily Incentives: ₹120 – ₹300 (based on performance)

· Attractive Monthly Incentives for top performers

Key Skills Required:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Self-motivated and target-oriented

· Ability to work independently on field tasks

· Familiarity with digital payment systems / Fintech products is an added advantage
