About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the overall sales growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  • Engage with clients through calls and meetings to understand their requirements.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and follow-up details.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals and presentations.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and lead generation.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate or final-year student with relevant experience.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience in BD / Sales preferred
