The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving company growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client handling, and achieving sales targets.
- Generate leads through calls, enquiries, social media, and outreach activities.
- Counsel students and parents about available courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain follow-ups with potential students to ensure conversion.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and presentations in schools/colleges to promote the institute.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational partners, agents, and institutions.
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and market trends.
- Participate in education fairs, promotional events, and counselling sessions.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, counselling, or education sector
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
