We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to spearhead our outreach and establish strategic B2B tie-ups with colleges and academic institutions. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, focusing on expanding our market presence, driving student enrollments, and building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential colleges, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Identify, research, and directly contact key decision-makers, including Principals, HODs, and Placement Officers, to introduce our institute's offerings and secure tie-ups.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with college stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for expanded collaboration and repeat business.
  • Onboarding & Support: Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new partner colleges and coordinate with internal teams (marketing, academic, operations) to provide ongoing support and ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Outreach Activities: Plan and execute college visits, orientation sessions, workshops, and career awareness programs to promote offerings and drive student awareness and registrations.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field is required. A Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience (1+ years preferred) in B2B sales or business development, preferably within the education, EdTech, or a related sector, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and public speaking skills are essential for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities to foster trust and collaboration with academic partners.
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: The ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective, data-driven strategies.
  • Other Requirements: A proactive, self-motivated attitude, ability to work independently, strong organizational and time management skills, and a willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events are crucial.

Pay: ₹15,048.53 - ₹25,352.46 per month
