We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) who will drive B2B growth, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to expanding our brand presence. The role will be Remote, involving both field visits and remote coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B clients in domestic and international markets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Merchandising) to deliver solutions.
- Pitch our product lines, upcoming collections, and custom services to potential buyers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle client presentations, catalog sharing, pricing discussions, and order negotiations.
- Attend exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events (when required).
- Prepare sales reports, client updates, and market insights for management review.
- Contribute to business expansion strategies and new market opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or MBA preferred (Marketing / Business / Jewellery field advantage).
- 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Jewellery Industry (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
- Good understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes (added advantage).
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and strong problem-solving ability.
