Role Summary

We are hiring experienced International BPO Executives for a US voice process. The role involves outbound calling, client interaction, and sales-oriented conversations with international customers. This position is strictly for candidates with prior US telecalling or international BPO voice experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US-based customers for sales and business development
• Communicate confidently with international clients and understand their requirements
• Promote services and convert leads through effective sales conversations
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details
• Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets
• Follow process guidelines and compliance standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth lead handling

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

This role is ONLY for candidates with International BPO (US Process) experience

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of US voice / international telecalling experience
• Strong spoken English communication skills
• Experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound calling
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US timings)
• Target-driven and performance-focused mindset

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in International BPO sales or US outbound processes
• Ability to handle objections and close conversations confidently
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period
• Candidates from BPO or international sales background preferred
