Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are expanding our portfolio of short-term rental properties and are seeking a Property Acquisition / Business Development Executive to support the growth of our holiday homes and property management operations in Dubai. This is a high-impact role, ideal for professionals with experience in holiday homes, Airbnb, short-term rentals, or real estate leasing.

Role Overview

The Property Acquisition / Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new properties for our short-term rental and property management portfolio. The role focuses on building long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and developers, while driving sustainable growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new properties for short-term rental and property management
• Develop and execute strategies to expand the managed property portfolio
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and developers
• Present tailored property management and holiday homes solutions to clients
• Negotiate commercial terms and close acquisition agreements
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and performance of new properties
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and business growth targets
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry-related activities

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, property acquisition, sales, or leasing
• Background in holiday homes, short-term rentals, real estate, or hospitality is strongly preferred
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of the Dubai real estate and tourism market
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
