Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive (BDE) to support client onboarding, manage customer communication, and assist in revenue growth through WhatsApp-based sales and customer success processes. This role is ideal for candidates who are:

• Strong communicators
• Customer-focused
• Interested in SaaS, CRM, and business development

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication via WhatsApp and CRM systems
• Support customer onboarding and post-sales engagement
• Understand client requirements and explain Com.Bot solutions
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal sales and support teams
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
• Assist in upselling and retention activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (freshers welcome)
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (training provided)
• Willingness to work from office in Surat

Preferred Skills

• Business development or inside sales exposure
• Customer support or client handling experience
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Interest in SaaS, digital tools, or B2B sales
