Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for generating leads, communicating with clients, submitting proposals on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, and managing the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit proposals and bids on Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Generate new business opportunities and leads
- Communicate with potential clients through email, chat, and calls
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals
- Follow up with clients until deal closure
- Negotiate terms and close deals professionally
- Manage sales pipeline from lead to conversion
- Coordinate with the internal team for project handover
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and conversions in CRM/Sheets
Requirements
- Good English communication skills
- Basic sales and proposal writing skills
- Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel
- Experience with Upwork or freelance platforms is preferred
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
