Business Development Executive (BDE) - Cadena Solutions LLC (Cadena Group)

Cadena is a fast-growing tech company focusing on digital platforms, fintech, and enterprise solutions. It operates across the GCC and supports innovation-driven projects with scalable technology service.

At Cadena, a Business Development Executive (BDE) is mainly focused on B2B sales, lead generation, and enterprise client acquisition, especially in the GCC (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait) and global SaaS/tech markets.

Core Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities (enterprise clients, SMEs, government accounts)

Conduct outbound prospecting via:

LinkedIn outreach

Cold calling

Email campaigns

Book and qualify meetings with decision-makers (C-level, procurement heads, sales directors)

Promote Cadena’s services:

Business development outsourcing

AI-powered lead generation platforms

Sales intelligence solutions

Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools

Follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients

Work with marketing and internal SDR teams to improve lead quality

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (KPIs & revenue quotas)

Skills Required:

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Experience in B2B sales / SaaS / IT services preferred

CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Ability to handle cold outreach and high-volume prospecting

Target-driven, performance-based mindset

Understanding of GCC or international markets is an advantage

Typical Experience Level:

Entry level: 0–2 years (junior BDE / trainee SDR)

Mid level: 2–5 years (core BDE role)

Senior BDE / Account Executive: 5+ years

Pay: From KD1,800.000 per month
