- 5–10 years of experience in technical sales or business development within industrial services, oil & gas, or power sectors

Proven experience in selling services such as chemical cleaning, descaling, hydro blasting, lube oil flushing and filtration, or related maintenance solutions

Strong understanding of industrial plant systems, including heat exchangers, boilers, pipelines, and turbomachinery

Established relationships with key stakeholders including:
-
End users (Maintenance/ Rotating Equipment Engineers)
-
Shutdown/ maintenance contractors
-
EPC contractors
in the following sectors:
-
Oil & Gas (upstream, downstream, refineries)
-
Petrochemicals
-
Power generation and desalination plants
-
Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, technical discussions, proposal development, and contract negotiation

Experience coordinating service delivery, including mobilization, site execution, and client interfacing during shutdowns/turnarounds
-
Good understanding of local regulatory requirements, including import/ export regulations, HSE standards, chemical handling, and waste disposal regulations
-
Familiarity with vendor registration processes and tendering procedures within major operators and industrial clients

Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills

Self-starter with the ability to independently manage the Kuwait market, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and the capability to operate with minimal supervision from regional headquarters
- Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
Requirements-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
