Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, building strong client relationships, and driving overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media
• Follow up with potential clients in a professional and timely manner
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets
• Present company services, packages, and premium offerings confidently
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Negotiate professionally while protecting company pricing and brand value
• Maintain client database, pipeline, and booking records
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with operations and management to ensure smooth client handover after booking

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Experience in luxury, hospitality, events, or service industries is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English is preferred
