The Commercial Objective: Operating from the bustling commercial corridor of Fahad Al-Salem Street, InkOut Systems is seeking an IT Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' business needs. This is a role for a technically-minded communicator who understands that a sale is won through technical trust and precise solution mapping. You will be responsible for the technical validation of our offerings, ensuring that every proposal delivered from our Kuwait City hub is architecturally sound and perfectly aligned with the client’s digital objectives.

Commercial DNA & Technical Focus

• Technical Discovery & Scoping: Lead the deep-dive discovery sessions with potential clients, translating complex operational pain points into structured technical requirement documents.
• Solution Mapping & Architecture: Oversee the design of bespoke IT solutions that leverage InkOut’s product suite, ensuring 100% technical feasibility and value alignment for the end-user.
• Proof-of-Value (PoV) Governance: Direct the technical demonstration and pilot phases of the sales cycle, providing hands-on validation to confirm that our systems meet specific client performance benchmarks.
• Liaison Engineering: Act as the critical link between the sales team and the product engineering department, ensuring that market feedback and client requirements are integrated into our technical roadmap.

Professional Profile

• Career Foundation: 3+ years of experience in a technical sales, presales, or solution architecture role, preferably within the enterprise software or hardware sectors in the GCC.
• Technical Arsenal: Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and enterprise software integrations; ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical decision-makers.
• Linguistic Standards: Advanced C2-level proficiency in professional English is mandatory for drafting technical proposals and conducting high-level client presentations.
• Asynchronous Demos: Expert-level proficiency in using Loom to record "Technical Preview" videos and customized solution walkthroughs for prospective clients to accelerate the decision-making cycle.

Work Context: InkOut Systems offers a high-energy, results-oriented environment in the heart of Kuwait City. This position provides a base salary of KWD 900 plus an attractive commission structure, offering significant earning potential for a technically proficient sales professional.
