Software Engineer / Developer (Java, .NET, Full Stack)/International Turnkey Systems (ITS)

ITS is one of Kuwait’s most established IT companies, specializing in banking systems, enterprise software, and digital transformation solutions across emerging markets in Asia and Africa.

Core Development Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications

Build backend services using Java (Spring / J2EE) or .NET (ASP.NET Core / MVC / Blazor)

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate systems (banking, enterprise, fintech platforms)

Write clean, scalable, and testable code following best practices (SOLID principles)

Work with databases like SQL Server, Oracle (queries, optimization, stored procedures)

Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing systems

Frameworks & Tools Used

Java: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, J2EE, Hibernate

.NET: ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API, Blazor

Frontend (Full Stack): Angular / React (sometimes)

DevOps tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, Azure DevOps in some teams)

Web services: REST, SOAP, microservices architecture

Collaboration & Work Style

Work in Agile/Scrum teams

Coordinate with QA, business analysts, and system architects

Participate in code reviews and system design discussions

Support production systems and resolve incidents

Experience Required :

Junior: 1–3 years

Mid-level: 3–6 years

Senior: 6–10+ years

Strong preference for enterprise or banking system experience

Pay: From KD700.000 per month
