Cloud Networking Engineer (Zain Kuwait)

A Cloud Networking Engineer designs, builds, and manages network infrastructure in cloud environments (like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Network Design & Deployment

Design and implement cloud-based networks (VPCs, subnets, routing)

Configure load balancers, VPNs, and gateways

Ensure scalable and high-performance cloud architecture

Network Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor network traffic, latency, and uptime

Identify bottlenecks and improve performance

Optimize cost and resource usage in cloud environments

Security & Compliance

Implement firewalls, encryption, and access controls

Protect against cyber threats and data breaches

Ensure compliance with security standards

Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose connectivity issues and outages

Maintain high availability of services

Work with DevOps, system admins, and developers

Automation & Integration

Use tools like Terraform, Ansible, or scripts

Automate deployments and network configurations

Integrate cloud services with existing systems

Overall, the role focuses on ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable cloud networking systems

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering

Strong knowledge of:

Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching)

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Security & firewalls

Pay: From KD1,800.000 per month
