About the Role

Responsible for maintaining BSS platforms to ensure their high availability, reliability, and performance. This role requires a proactive approach to system monitoring and issue resolution, as well as collaboration with various departments to support and enhance BSS applications.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain BSS platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.

• Implement and manage system upgrades, patches, and configurations.

• Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues.

• Work with developers and business analysts to design and implement integration solutions.

• Participate in the development and testing of new features and enhancements.

• Ensure that all integrations and developments comply with company standards and best practices.

• Lead and participate in BSS-related projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

• Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on BSS applications and new functionalities.

• Develop user manuals, training materials, and FAQs to assist users.

• Provide ongoing support to ensure users are effectively utilizing the BSS platforms.

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the BSS platforms.

• Develop and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and business operations.

• Analyze data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
