Job Summary
YCE Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our e-commerce client base. The role involves onboarding sellers and brands, pitching e-commerce solutions, and driving revenue growth across marketplaces and D2C platforms.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new e-commerce sellers, brands, and businesses
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound inquiries
- Pitch YCE Digital’s e-commerce services and close deals
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
E-commerce & Marketplace Solutions
- Onboard and manage clients on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra & AJIO.
- Understand seller pain points and propose suitable growth strategies
- Upsell services like ads management, catalog optimization, account management etc.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Market Research & Strategy
- Keep track of e-commerce trends, competitor offerings, and marketplace updates
- Identify new business opportunities and potential product categories
- Share market insights with management
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and sales trackers
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead reports
- Track conversions, revenue, and client performance
Required Skills & Qualifications Education
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience ine-commerce sales, BDE, or marketplace roles
- Experience working with online sellers or digital agencies preferred
Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding ofe-commerce and online marketplaces
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and sales reporting
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
- Knowledge of D2C brands and digital marketing
- Prior agency or e-commerce company experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
