Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Services

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with proven expertise in international freelance platforms and B2B lead generation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hybrid work environment and excels at connecting with international clients in the IT services space.

Location

Johar Town, Lahore

Work Schedule

Hybrid Model:

• Office Hours: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Work From Home: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday/ Sunday off)

Key Responsibilities

• Actively bid on and manage projects on Upwork and Fiverr, handling the complete bidding lifecycle
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B platforms
• Draft compelling, customized proposals tailored to client requirements
• Communicate professionally with international clients via email, calls, and messaging platforms
• Analyze client needs and coordinate with internal technical teams to develop solutions
• Conduct follow-ups with prospects and support the deal closure process
• Maintain accurate CRM records to track leads, proposals, and ongoing deals
• Participate in client meetings and deliver effective pitches

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2–3 years in business development, preferably in IT services or digital solutions

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Upwork and Fiverr bidding (portfolio/track record required)
• Proven ability in LinkedIn lead generation and outreach
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Understanding of IT services, software development, staffing, or digital solutions
• Strong negotiation, pitching, and closing abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Experience with CRM tools and proposal management

What We Offer

Salary Range: PKR 120,000 – 200,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
