Business Development Executive (Bidder)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support the growth of our software house services through Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms. This role focuses on identifying high-quality opportunities, writing compelling proposals, communicating with international clients, and assisting in closing deals.

The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and understands how to present software solutions (Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI) in a* way that converts leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and projects through Upwork,Fiverr,LinkedIn,andotheronlinechannels. Analyze job postings to understand client requirements, scope, and business needs. Reach out to prospects via proposals,messages,andonlinecommunicationchannels to generate leads. Write customized, high-converting proposals* tailored to each project. Support sales activities by preparing proposals,quotations,andpresentations for software services. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM or tracking systems. Assist in coordinating meetings,calls,andproductdemonstrations with potential clients. Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with technicalanddeliveryteams to ensure client requirements are clearly understood. Track industry trends, competitor offerings, and freelance platform strategies to identify new opportunities. Skills &* Competencies: Strong writtenEnglishandcommunicationskills (especially for proposal writing). Ability to craft persuasive and compelling proposals that generate responses. Basic understanding of softwareservices(WebDevelopment,MobileApps,SaaS,AIsolutions). Strong client handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multipleleadsandproposalssimultaneously. Ability to communicate technical solutions in simple, client-friendly language. Proficiency in *MSOfficeandCRMtools(HubSpot,Salesforce,Zoho,orsimilar)
