Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (Calling Outreach) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients via cold calls, introducing our products and services, generating qualified leads, and assisting the sales team in achieving overall business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate call records and prospect details.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to create sales opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align outreach efforts and meet monthly targets.
- Achieve daily/weekly call quotas and contribute to overall business development objectives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or business development (preferably in an international market).
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening abilities.
- Comfortable working in a night shift and achieving call and lead generation targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
