We are looking for a proactive and results‑driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in B2B sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our catering business by generating new leads, building strategic partnerships, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the hospitality and corporate sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and convert B2B leads into long-term business opportunities.
- Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors.
- Sales Activity: Visit clients for product demonstrations and impactful business meetings.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain sales pipelines and regularly update the CRM system.
- Strategy & Campaigns: Prepare proposals/pitches, execute marketing campaigns, and work with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.
- Targets: Consistently achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Requirements
- Prior professional experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Marketing.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Experience in the restaurant / F&B industry is a PLUS.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
- MANDATORY: Valid UAE Driving License + Car (essential for client visits across Dubai/UAE).
