Business Development Executive – Certification Industry

About RACS:
RACS is an authorized body licensed to provide SASO certification services in Saudi Arabia. We help businesses get certified for regulated products across multiple industries.

Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive new business by promoting SASO certification services like SABER, JEEM1, G-Mark, SFDA (cosmetics), Oxo-Biodegradable, and SQM. You’ll connect with manufacturers, importers, and exporters to support their certification needs and expand RACS’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients needing SASO certifications
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable certification solutions
• Guide clients through the certification process from start to finish
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in business development, certification, or regulatory services
• Knowledge of SASO platforms such as SABER, JEEM1, and SQM
• Experience with SFDA cosmetic certification is a plus
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Valid Saudi driving license
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
