Our client provides an AI-powered recruitment platform that enables organizations to source, qualify, and hire the best talent efficiently. In an increasingly competitive hiring landscape, the platform eliminates bias and inefficiencies introduced by manual screening and unqualified applicants from online job boards. The solution is used by enterprises to make data-driven hiring decisions quickly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth across the logistics and transportation vertical.
- Lead, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team with clearly defined KPIs and performance targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors, including logistics, oil & gas, aviation, and healthcare.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients, government bodies, and strategic partners in the region.
- Oversee complex B2B contract negotiations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. (MBA preferred)
- Experience:
- 8–10 years of sales experience, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity within the HR and Talent solutions space.
- Proven success in B2B sales, with a specialization in the logistics and transportation industry across KSA and the GCC.
- Solid experience in enterprise sales, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Skills:
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and talent management practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
