IT Backend engineer

Job Title: Business Development Specialist Location: Remote – with flexibility for occasional field presence if required. --- Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the CEO to support business development across multiple projects. Analyze operational challenges and propose practical technical or administrative solutions. Research, test, and implement digital tools and applications that improve workflows. Supervise ongoing tech projects, record user feedback, and maintain development logs. Collect client requirements, prepare clear reports, and coordinate with technical teams. Contribute to new technology initiatives, from ideation to application development. --- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Strong knowledge in Backend development (databases, APIs, server management). Familiarity with Flutter and mobile app development basics. Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Trello, etc.). Strong communication skills (Arabic & English preferred).
