Job Title: Business Development Executive & Cold Caller
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Working Hours: 5pm-2am.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will handle top-of-funnel outreach by engaging prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS to generate qualified leads and appointments. This is a performance-driven role with a target of 10+ quality leads per month. The focus is strictly on relationship building and appointment setting — no closing involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to healthcare businesses and prospects across the U.S.
  • Engage leads through emails, LinkedIn messages, and follow-up texts.
  • Schedule appointments and product walkthroughs for senior sales staff.
  • Understand client needs and communicate our value proposition effectively.
  • Maintain CRM records with accurate notes and status updates.
  • Meet or exceed KPIs, including monthly lead and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach scripts and targeting strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, outbound calling.
  • Native American accent (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills — verbal, written, and conversational.
  • Ability to perform in high-pressure environments with strong persuasive skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email strategies, and CRM tools.
  • Professional, motivated, and highly dependable.
