Job Title: Business Development Executive & Cold Caller
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Working Hours: 5pm-2am.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated, high-performance Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to support wholesale lead generation by converting qualified prospects into booked appointments and catalog review calls. This role is strictly focused on appointment setting (not sales closing) and requires high-volume outbound calling with consistent performance.
You will work under direct supervision with daily coordination alongside the owner and internal team to align on scripts, leads, priorities, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 100–130+ outbound calls per day using verified B2B leads
- Speak directly with retail decision-makers (owners, buyers, procurement managers)
- Qualify prospects by identifying pain points such as:
- Supplier reliability issues
- Margin pressure
- Product gaps in fast-moving categories (toys, cleaning, H&B, closeouts, etc.)
- Deliver concise, value-driven pitches highlighting:
- Wide product assortment
- Competitive direct-import pricing
- Reliable supply & fast-moving SKUs
- Handle objections professionally and build quick rapport
- Book qualified appointments via Calendly or shared calendars
- Prioritize warm leads from LinkedIn and email campaigns
- Accurately log all calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM (Salesforce or shared tracker)
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Collaborate on script optimization and lead prioritization
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting
- Strong phone communication skills with clear, professional English
- Excellent objection handling, persuasion, and active listening skills
- Comfortable working in high-volume outbound calling environments
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Full-time availability with US hours overlap (EST preferred)
- Strong discipline, accountability, and reporting accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience calling US-based retail businesses
- Background in wholesale, distribution, or general merchandise
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding call and booking targets
