Our client CommerceKind is hiring a Business Development Executive in Lahore.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a driven and target-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to expand our client base, generate qualified leads, and support high-value deal closures. This role is ideal for someone with proven outbound sales and lead generation experience (not freelancing or Upwork bidding) who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and understands how to sell value-based digital services.

WORK SETUP
Position:Sales & Business Development Executive
Location:Paragon City, Lahore
Working Hours:5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
Employment Type:Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Generate qualified leads using professional platforms (LinkedIn, Apollo, Smartlead, etc.) — not freelancing sites like Upwork or Fiverr.
Conduct outreach via calls and emails to engage prospects.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the closing team.
Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly lead generation and conversion targets.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or outbound lead generation.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
Experience with CRM tools and outbound sales strategies.
E-commerce industry experience required; Amazon services or digital marketing preferred.
Confident in handling international clients and remote sales processes.
