Business Development executive - Construction

The Business Development Executive/Manager is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing projects, and expanding the company’s presence in road marking and traffic signage works across Dubai and the UAE. The role focuses on building strong client relationships with government entities, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in road marking and traffic signage projects
• Build relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, and government authorities
• Track and participate in tenders (RTA, Municipality, infrastructure projects, etc.)
• Prepare prequalification documents, proposals, and commercial submissions
• Coordinate with estimation and technical teams for pricing and project strategy
• Conduct market research to identify upcoming projects and competitors
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a strong pipeline of projects and update CRM/reporting systems
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 3–8 years of UAE experience in business development (road marking / signage / infrastructure preferred)
• Strong network with contractors, consultants, and authorities in UAE
• Proven track record of winning projects and achieving targets
• Knowledge of UAE tendering process and procurement systems
• UAE driving license (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10.00 - AED20.00 per month
