Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of the UAE property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Monitor team performance, KPIs, and provide regular feedback.
- Generate and manage leads through online portals, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations (RERA) and company policies.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Prepare reports for senior management on sales performance and market trends.
- Identify market opportunities and recommend strategies for business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- RERA certification preferred.
