Role Overview
We are looking for a
Business Development Resource
to strengthen our Materials Management team. The role involves driving
sales of construction services
, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships. The selected candidate will play a critical role in supporting the company’s high-rise projects by ensuring effective material sales and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to sell construction services for high-rise projects.

Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with potential clients, contractors, and vendors.

Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and emerging trends.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.

Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales reports to management.

Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.

Provide feedback to the Director Materials Management on market demand and competitor activities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations in all business dealings.
Qualification & Experience
-
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
(technical background preferred).

Experience:
Minimum
5 years
of experience in
business development or technical sales
, preferably in the
construction, real estate, or materials industry
.
Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of
construction materials and supply chain processes
.

Excellent
sales, negotiation, and client relationship management
skills.

Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

MS Office and CRM tools
