Business Development Executive (Courier & Logistic)
Job Description
Generate and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
Conduct regular customer visits to understand client requirements and provide customised logistics solutions.
Assist BDMs in preparing territory sales plans and implementing marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
Prepare and ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and efficient service delivery.
Deliver after-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the courier, logistics, or service industry. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
Excellent organizational, reporting, and time management skills.
A valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
