Business Development Executive (Courier & Logistic)

Job Description

  • Generate and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
  • Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand client requirements and provide customised logistics solutions.
  • Assist BDMs in preparing territory sales plans and implementing marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth customer onboarding and efficient service delivery.
  • Deliver after-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience in the courier, logistics, or service industry. Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and time management skills.
  • A valid driving license will be considered an added advantage.
