Job Description: Sales/Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are a leading provider of Cloud Communications Platform services, offering a comprehensive Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) solution. Our platform powers digital communication and integrates conversational AI across diverse industries, including social media, banking and financial services, e-commerce, Health Care and travel aggregators.
As a Sales/Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving our expansion within Saudi Arabia’s enterprise market. Reporting directly to the Country Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build a robust sales pipeline, convert prospects into long-term enterprise clients, and achieve revenue growth with a focus on maintaining a 15% direct margin (DM).
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in enterprise sales, a deep understanding of communication technologies, and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Pipeline Development:

Identify and target high-potential enterprise opportunities across industries such as financial services, e-commerce, healthcare, retail, and logistics.

Expand the company’s presence within Saudi Arabia’s top enterprise accounts, focusing on securing large-scale, high-value clients.

Leverage industry events, professional networks, and strategic tools to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business models, communication needs, and pain points, offering tailored CPaaS solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships by positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and delivering exceptional value throughout the sales cycle.

Lead negotiations and close deals in collaboration with the Country Head, ensuring a minimum 15% DM per contract.
3. Strategic Account Management and Growth:

Develop and implement account-specific strategies to drive client retention, upselling, and cross-selling of additional CPaaS solutions.

Monitor client usage and performance metrics to identify opportunities for deeper integration and value creation.
4. Market Intelligence and Strategic Positioning:

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities within the CPaaS landscape.

Refine the company’s go-to-market strategy based on market insights, ensuring agility in addressing evolving client needs.
5. Revenue and Performance Accountability:

Consistently meet or exceed assigned revenue quotas and margin targets, with a strong focus on closing high-value enterprise deals.

Provide detailed sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the Country Head, offering actionable insights for growth.

Collaborate with the Country Head to ensure all deals align with profitability goals, maintaining a minimum 15% DM.
Your Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:

4-5 years of business development experience, with a proven track record in enterprise-level B2B sales, preferably in CPaaS, SaaS, IT, or telecommunications.

Demonstrated success in building sales pipelines, closing large deals, and achieving revenue growth targets in competitive markets.

Strong understanding of CPaaS solutions, APIs, and enterprise communication workflows.
