Business Development Executive cum Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive cum Sales Representative to drive business growth and expand our client base in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored facility management solutions that meet customer needs.

This role requires a strong blend of sales expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management within the facility management industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, RFQs, and RFP responses.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to secure business deals.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for solution development and service delivery.
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals for projects.
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and prepare regular reports.
  • Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous follow-up and service support.
  • Identify and propose new services aligned with market demand.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of UAE experience in Business Development / Sales role (Facility Management industry preferred).
