Job Details

  • Salary: Rs 80,000.00 – Rs 100,000.00 per month (Base Salary + Uncapped Incentives)
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Shift: Night Shift (Monday – Friday)
  • Location: Office No. 7, 2nd Floor, Hina Center, Block-13-A, University Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
  • Landmark: Champions Expo Building, near Usmania Restaurant, opposite Expo Center.

Job Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and closing deals. You will own the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to final conversion, ensuring our design and software solutions reach the right clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion Management: Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone and email to maximize conversion rates.
  • Value Proposition: Present and articulate our services and software solutions clearly to potential clients.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships; understand client requirements to propose tailored solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire process from lead generation and initial contact to deal closure.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends to improve sales strategies.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior sales team members to foster a high-performing culture.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales (Software House or IT Services background preferred).
  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital services, including website development and custom software solutions.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with email communication platforms and CRM tools.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing high-value opportunities independently.
  • Preference: Experience dealing with international clients is a significant plus.
