Role Purpose

To support the Diagnostics division by driving sales, generating leads, and onboarding new clients such as clinics, hospitals, corporates, and insurance partners. This junior role focuses on frontline sales activities, field visits, and supporting the BD team to increase the lab’s client base and revenue.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Actively identify and approach potential clients (clinics, hospitals, corporates, insurance companies).
  • Conduct regular field visits, calls, and emails to generate leads and convert them into clients.
  • Support the BD team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
  • Follow up closely on leads, proposals, and client requirements to ensure timely closures.
  • Meet monthly targets related to lead generation, conversions, and revenue.

Client Coordination & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for routine client communication and basic escalations.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Assist in documentation, contract renewals, and onboarding processes.

Market Insights & Reporting

  • Gather information on market trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Maintain updated trackers for leads, visits, conversions, and client interactions.
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports highlighting activities, progress, and achievements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Operations and RCM teams to ensure clients are smoothly onboarded and serviced.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and distribution of promotional material.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure timely response to client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development within healthcare (diagnostics, medical services, pharma, or insurance).
  • Strong understanding of the UAE healthcare landscape is preferred.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets or revenue KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
