Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)

India

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Role Focus: Independent Lead Generation, Pitch Delivery, Pipeline Management, and Target Attainment.

You will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution, with a focus on hitting measurable targets:

Independent Prospecting: Proactively execute strategic outbound sales activities (cold calling, targeted outreach) to generate new business opportunities without direct supervision.

Consultative Pitching: Conduct discovery calls, analyze client needs, and deliver professional, customized presentations and proposals for our digital services (SEO, PPC, Social, etc.).

Pipeline Ownership: Manage the entire sales pipeline from initial lead qualification through final contract negotiation and closing.

Target Attainment: Meet and consistently exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue and meeting quotas.

Market Strategy: Contribute to the development of targeted sales strategies based on competitive analysis and a deeper understanding of market segments.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 1 year

Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

Digital Expertise: A solid understanding of the full scope of digital marketing services and the ability to confidently discuss strategy with prospects.

Results-Driven: Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding measurable sales goals and KPIs (e.g., meetings set, pipeline value, conversion rates).

Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; proven proficiency with a CRM platform.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Madipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
